RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Shahtez Fashion, we want you to love every piece you receive. We understand that shopping for clothing and footwear online can sometimes lead to sizing or styling surprises — and we are here to make the process of returns and exchanges as simple and stress-free as possible.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
By completing a purchase on shahtez.shop, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY WINDOW

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
— The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
— All original tags must still be attached to the garment or footwear.
— The item must be in its original packaging or a comparable protective bag or box.
— The item must not have been washed, altered, dry-cleaned, or tailored.
— The item must be free of any odors, stains, pet hair, makeup, or deodorant marks.
— Footwear must be returned in the original box with all tissue and inserts included, and must not show signs of wear on the sole.
We inspect all returned items upon receipt. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your cost.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
— Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page at the time of purchase.
— Jewelry and accessories (for hygiene and safety reasons).
— Scarves, dupattas, and stoles that have been unfolded or used.
— Items purchased during special promotional events where final sale terms were clearly stated.
— Custom-made or bespoke orders tailored to your measurements.
— Gift cards.
— Any item returned after the 14-day window.

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Step 1 — Contact Us First
Do not ship any item back without first contacting us.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Subject line: "Return Request — Order #[Your Order Number]"
In your email, please include:
· Your full name
· Your order number
· The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
· The reason for the return or exchange
· Whether you prefer a refund or an exchange
· One or two clear photos of the item (if the return is
due to a defect or damage)
Step 2 — Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond with either an approval or a clarification request. Please do not ship items until you receive a written approval from us.
Step 3 — Ship the Item Back
Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and the return shipping address.
Please ship your item using a trackable shipping method.
We recommend USPS, UPS, or FedEx with delivery confirmation.
Shahtez is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return shipment.
Step 4 — Inspection and Resolution
Once we receive and inspect your item (typically within 3–5 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

4. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.
If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer you:
(a) Store credit for the full value of the item, valid for 12 months from the date of issue, OR
(b) A full refund to your original payment method.
We do not currently offer exchanges for a different product.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you (standard shipping, USA only).

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you received a defective item, damaged upon arrival, or different from what you ordered, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
All Other Returns:
For all other return reasons (change of mind, sizing, etc.), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved:
— Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
— Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
— Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that show minor signs of use but are otherwise acceptable at our sole discretion.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval notification, please:
(1) Check your bank account again.
(2) Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
(3) Contact your bank, as processing times vary.
(4) If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, email us at Info@shahtez.com.

7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We carefully inspect and package all orders before shipping.
However, if you receive an item that is:
— Damaged during shipping
— Defective in material or stitching
— Significantly different from the product shown on the website (wrong color, wrong item sent)
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at Info@shahtez.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect. We will prioritize your case and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at our discretion.

8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
